4.4 Bottom Car
4.4.1 The allowable deviations of the site acceptance of the bottom car shall comply with the requirements in Table 4.4.1.

4.4.2 The allowable deviations of field installation of the bottom car shall comply with the requirements in Table 4.4.2.

4.4.3 Commissioning of the bottom car shall meet the following requirements:
1 The horizontal travel of the bottom car shall meet relevant design requirement.
2 The bottom car shall be without any scrape and obstruction within its operating range limit.
